CUT THE CARDS - Making SAP Work
Liam is a long term SAP practitioner and friend.
His 30 years in the world of large system implementations was started when he did the global rollout of the Cadbury Schweppes SAP solution. He was a bedrock in the the fantastic levels of quality training that provided 1000's of consultants and SAP customers with their basic SAP understanding. He now spends his time as a Programme Director, CIO advisor and expert witness around SAP.
CUT THE CARDS - Making SAP Work; is a review of the many SAP programmes that Liam has been invloved in and his research into many others that have made press headlines for reasons both fair and foul.
He has analysed many facets and features of what makes a good, bad or just plain ugly SAP implementation and provides guidance on what to do and as important what not to do!
It is a compelling read and I commend it to every SAP professional.
